how much water to be given to 7 month baby over and above the water getting from BM. I am giving solids to baby 3 times a day. Please note... I generally prepare solids from water.

A. only 30 to 45 ml water only separately .. when you start giving them purees or weaning food at around 6 months of age, breast milk and formula are still more important than water thank you
