Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin.
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hey Hey mommy babies between 6-12 months can be offered anywhere between 2-8oz of water. offer few tsp every hour or so. just fill up a sippy cup and let him have it when ever he needs it. however if he is on solids make sure he is getting some water post solids this prevent constipation.
