Q.

how much time does it take for stitches to heal after c section...can I eat ground nut and chana dal..

A. Hi It usually take 1 week or max 15 days for the stitches to dry & heal completely. you can eat all natural foods . Eating high protein foods like Dal's, sprouts, paneer, milk, egg increases the recovery rate.

A. It Take somewhere around six months to 8 months to heal completely the internal stitches takes the longest time to heal external would heal in about 2 to 3 months and yes you can have Dal and rice there is no restriction on any kind of food as per the dieticians and nutritionists
