How much salt is ok in 6 months old baby’s food

A. no salt for 6 month old, Salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load. And babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and bm.

A. hi dear mom...no.sugar salt till baby is one year....baby should be given bland food...as salt can cause adverse affect in kidney....as babys kidneys are still immature. use heat sensitive spoon from Babyhug to feed baby. happy parenting
