How much salt is ok in 6 months old baby’s food

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no salt for 6 month old, Salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load. And babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and bm.

use heat sensitive spoon from Babyhug to feed baby.
