ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, yes, it's okay, but don't give coconut water more than 30 ml per day.. Give upto 30 to 45 ml of water. This doesn’t mean plain water alone. The water content in soups , dal paani etc all counts here in the above measurement.

Hi Coconut water buttermilk you can give both the things to the child are completely healthy and at this age we always say that you should start with at least 30 to 60 ML per Day and try to increase the amount of water also sometimes you can add or what is to give a flavour to the water that is also going to be helpful and sometimes you can now go ahead with giving plain but try to focus on plane mode
