offer 3-4 healthy meals including dal sabzi roti.
also give 2-3 servings of fruits and milk for healthy growth and weight gain in babies

U Could at least try to feed it a minimum of 3 to 4 times in a day along with semisolid food or solid food whatever you are giving the consumer the quantity of the milk is definitely going to depend upon the appetite of the child but it should be approximately about 180 ML2 2 1 and10 a.m. and on general basis
