Hello ma’am That you should be knowing better because it is your child you are going to feed your child so you will probably come to know after feeding what is your child’s appetite. You can start with small bowl and if you feel that your child is still hungry and also demanding for more at the same time you can give little bit more so this way you will have a fair idea as to how much milk quantity or I can have at one point of time
