A. Hi kids get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.. and at this age a kid can have 12-16 teeth.. but there can be a difference in number..

A. good afternoon there is no such defined number it is actually different and every case I would request you to please check if the child has a minimum of 5 to 6 teeth then you don't have to worry about it
