Q.

How many months should we wait before starting excercising or gyming for loosing the pregnancy weight after having a C-section delivery? I still have a round tummy although I am using the abdominal belt also I am constantly gaining weight. Is that ok?

A. in case of C-section your internal sutures may take six to eight months to heal properly.. you can start with walk.. start gym or cardio workout only after completion of one year

A. Hi parent You should wait at least for three months. after three months please consult your gynacologist to verify if stitches are healed or not. after that light excercises can be started Take sunbath daily Walk more don't use RO water use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
