A. you don't need to walk many kilometres - just half a kilometre walk is enough for you. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

A. Walking during pregnancy can be beneficial for overall health and may help prepare your body for childbirth. At 7 months pregnant, aim for moderate exercise, including walking, as part of a balanced routine. Here are some guidelines: 1. **Duration and Frequency**: Aim for about 30 minutes of walking most days of the week. You can break this into shorter sessions if needed, such as two 15-minute walks. 2. **Intensity**: Walk at a pace that feels comfortable and allows you to hold a conversation without becoming overly breathless. 3. **Listen to Your Body**: Pay attention to how your body responds. If you feel tired or experience any discomfort, it's important to rest and adjust your activity level as needed. 4. **Consult Your Healthcare Provider**: Before starting or adjusting your exercise routine, discuss it with your healthcare provider to ensure it's safe based on your individual health and pregnancy status. Regular walking can improve circulation, help manage weight, and enhance overall fitness, which may support a healthy labor and delivery.
