Q.

how many hours a 3 months 26 days old baby should sleep? my baby sleeps for only max 7-8 hrs.. doesn't sleep continuously for atleast 2 hrs also after every feed.. is it normal? I am worried about my baby's growth and development. please suggest

A. dear on an average a 3 months old baby may sleep 14 to 17 hours in a cycle of 24 hours but each baby is different and each baby reaches sleep milestones at their own pace
