Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room envixwronment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Try Feeding the child give mail to the child and try to put your child sleep again because sometimes kids wake up due to hunger and once the Fed well and then they go back to sleep again kids do wake up till the later age also to take a feed in the night so you can try giving a feed and putting your child to sleep well
