NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello gripe water is given directly and it is not mix with water and in general it is advisable not to give gripe water fill to the baby as it can contain alcohol so at least till the baby is 6 months you should better avoid and for colic you can give a colic drops ir use tummy rol on from babyhug
