but keep it in limitations
prefer home cooked food like home.made veg sandwiches, add panner in it to.make it nutritious

Therefore, it is important to abstain from fast food and junk food. Not only these deep-fried food increase the risk of putting on weight but junk food like rolls, burgers, etc.
