For increasing breast milk production have lactating foods - Milk,diary products,rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,garlic in curries,garlic milk,muttonbkheema having more water ,giving direct feed helps in good milk production . Garlic milk - Boil milk (300-350 ) ml with 4-5 crushed garlic cloves for 10-15 minutes until milk becomes half its quantity strain milk - sugar /jaggery dates syrup optional.
