Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi, Have satavar stick or satavari powder in milk early in the morning empty stomach for best result. You can buy this from Amazon. Have this for 10-12 days and repeat it if again feel low supply. The more you will breastfeed, the more milk will gradually come. This is power of natural suction from baby.
