what should i eat for breast feeding for more milk please help me

A. To increase breastmilk supply, include foods like oatmeal with nuts, dry fruits, fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, brown rice, garlic, fennel seeds, eggs, fish, legumes and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to increase milk secretion and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
