Winter season comes along with low temperatures that might harm your child but right nutrition will help them to boost their immunity
Include foods like dal, oats, ragi, paneer, milk, fresh curd , dry fruits, fruits, green vegetables, mix vegetables soup add garlic and ginger to it, egg, sprouts, soya in the diet as they boost immune system..
make them wear warm clothes with socks, expose them to sunglihht at least half an hr per day between 11-1pm

There is no restriction on that.
Avoid giving cold food, juices, give fruits at the room temperature..
Give bath with lukewarm water and give short and quick bath in winters.
Use good skin care products for ur baby.
U can buy #Babyhugproducts that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin.
Wear weather appropriate clothes to prevent cold cough.
