how do i treat my daughter's extreme dry skin.. she is getting dry patches on arms and legs, . . even after applying moisturizing lotion thrice a day

Give adequate water to ur baby and other fluids like coconut water, fresh fruit juice, soup etc to keep ur baby hydrated and get relief from dryness. U can buy #Babyhug daily face and body moisturising lotion for ur baby. This will help to moisturise the skin leaving it soft and give relief from dryness
