Okay so if you really want to lose weight in a healthy way I tell you that do exercise whatever suits you if you don’t get time of your busy with the child running behind the child whatever reason you have but you could still manage to do 11 to 21 Surya Namaskar every day you put on this music on YouTube where do you know they’ll there is a music which is going to give you holding for at least 5 to 6 seconds in one posture so that’s going to be good if you start doing that and start doing intermittent fasting as you may not be feeding your child anymore and if you quit sugar completely trust me that’s the biggest enemy in our body then you will see a good result within a time of two months
