How do I know if my 3 month old is having enough milk ? He is totally on breast milk. And also he is passing stool in 5 days and that too with great difficulty. Is there anytging to worry about??please.

A. if baby is gaining weight at proper intervals and also baby is happy e play ful and is not crying due to hunger then it is absolutely normal that the baby stomach is full with breast milk
