My baby girl is now 6 month old and she is totally in formula milk from starting 5 month because not having enough milk supply or on and off and now I want to start again breast feeding 1time a day what to do

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there, Ma’am. Please do not worry about it too much. Please take Shatavari powder with milk to increase breast milk supply. Also take iron and calcium rich food items. You can also take Gur with jeera to increase breast milk supply. Please feed the baby more which also helps in increasing the breast milk. Massage your breast gently before feeding the baby.
