how do I insert the sterilized nipple into d bottle with touching it with my hands, so that I don't pass on bacteria

Yes, wash the hands and then fit the nipple into the bottle.
Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Breastfeed is the complete food that contains all the essential nutrient required for the growth and development of the baby.
