How do I increase my best milk ?I am a mother of a three month old baby .I give my baby best milk I want my best milk to increase a little more it is good.It would be great to know what I can do to increase so best milk..

There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok
