for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give Massage to your child daily
for height :
height depends on genetic and diet.
so first one you can not control ,but yes you can offer homemade healthy food to your child for it.
offer green leafy vegetables, fruits,nuts etc more.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
as your child grow, encourage him or her to do physical activities like cycling stretching etc
