how can we prepare for planned pregnancy, supplements and tips for healthy pregnancy so as to prepare well our body for same and precautions to be taken??

A. Maam it’s very very important that when you’re opting for a pregnancy or when you are pregnant you should have a good amount of protein proteins in the diet you should have a really healthy meal you should avoid eating spicy junk food and more of fried and sugary foods have a good and healthy diet of course you can have all these things from time to time and you should start with folic acid and when you conceive after that you should continue with iron and calcium for first nine months and after delivery for another six months
