A. you have to make the child eat food rich in iron the child is suffering from anaemia due to iron deficiency so you'll have to give food which is rich in Iron and like cereals pulses apple banana as well as green leafy vegetables and beetroot. also you will have to start iron supplements and it would consist of iron Folic acid and Vitamin B12 and take follow up every month with the doctor

A. Iron Supplement is definitely important to go for apart from that you can give really natural substitutes to the child when it comes to different kind of foods and vegetables a doctor would be able to advise you correctly on that you can consult a nutritionist once regarding the same she’ll be able to advise you with all these things in a better manner
