Q.

I am 27 years old.my son is one year old.my heamoglobin level is low.my period stays for one day.i am not a thalassemia patient.so please guide me to improve my heamoglobin level.

A. it is important like green leafy vegetables can take iron supplements like hemfer capsulesfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
