Give Homemade nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength. Give more proteins and calcium rich diet. Do massage for good sleep as good sleep is also immunity booster.
