A. with workout. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. to reduce stomach start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise you do yoga Surya namaskar for 10 mins then 20 mins and then half an hour keep yourself well hydrated
