A. well try to eat less n hard workout more. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Hi Well that completely depends on the mood of your pregnancy and also how much time back you had your delivery. So basically if you feel that you’re physically fit to lose on your weight and you are normal breastfeeding the child and you should start working out of your choice and also can follow a diet regime to lose on your weight
