Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
Give all the vaccination requibyred.

Start giving turmeric milk to the child twice a day Chavanprash twice a day the things are mean to be very helpful apart from that you should go ahead with seasonal fruits and vegetables also ask your doctor if you continue with any kind of supplement for the child
