Also cereal: half glass of rice and 5 types of daal some dry fruits take and wash them abd after drying in sun you can roast ghem and after grinding keep it in tight container..just have to boil water and add two spoon and boil of 2 min ..its good for health

You can check recipes online most of it it is going to include dry fruits fox nuts and you can also use puff rice these are the basic ingredients that you can put into it for making it in some kind of greens so best to check online you’ll write a detailed recipe that you can follow
