Q.

How can I maintain a proper diet chart for my kid? Only issue is I can't wake my child before 8:39am morning. Since no one else is there at home except my aged dad, so along with my office work(work from home) and looking after house chores, I have purposely set this time. He has breakfast at 9am and sleeps at 11pm everyday. Now can anyone suggest, what all food timing should I maintain on daily basis in between 9am and 11pm.

A. Early to bed early to rise make the baby sleep early.. set the meal plan as break fast as poha cheela suji halwa upma dosa uthapam idly cornflakes chocos mid morning any fruits lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
