how can I know that my baby getting enough milk and when should I start giving her foods

A. you can give solids to the baby after completion of six months. till then try and breastfeed exclusively. eat well and frequently breastfeed. if and only if nreastmilk is not required at all then give formula milk once in a while. if baby is passing urine about 10 to 12 times atleast and is not very cranky and sleeping wuite well then it means milk is sufficient.
