i am not getting enough milk feed

A. dear mum, the more you breastfeed more will be the milk supply. foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply. have lots of fluids and water. Don't be stressed as it will reduce the milk supply.
