Q.

How can I increase milk supply for my four-month-old twins? I tried taking some medicine. I am taking Shatavari milk. I am not able to find sufficient time to express milk. The supply has come down from 600-700 ml/day to some 300 ml. Is there a way out?

A. Mam try galact 2 timesa a day or lactare capsule 1 or 2 tablets twice or thrice in a day use it for a week you may find difference. feed your babies often. 2 hours once both side. else try double breast pump and pump frequently like every 2 to 3 hours for 2 or 3 days. I increased my milk supply by pumping. since my baby feed large in one day and very less in another day. thus I found best way is pumping
