Q.

#asktheexperts I've have 3 months old twins and my milk supply is not sufficient for both of them.... I supplement it with formulla.... I already take shatavari powder but still milk supply is low.. what else can I do to increase supply?

A. Try Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine.. or Take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help. for more information can talk to ur doctor. take care

A. methi to soak overnight or just take raw seeds with warm water?

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care
