Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 5 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Latch the baby well to your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. If required take the help of a lactation expert. Good luck and take care.
