NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello to improve the BM secretion you can take lactare tablet or you can take galact granules and if still the BM is not sufficient then you can give you a child infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like babyhug which will be better and safe
