how can i increase breast milk? my baby now 3.25days it is not saficient for her. what should i do?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. hi here I suggest some tips for this ,hope it help: breastfeed often and let your baby decide when to stop feeding. Because when your baby sucks your breast , hormones that trigger your breasts to produce milk are released . 2.you can take lactation cookies for this. 3.add food items like garlic, ginger ,feenugreek seeds ,fennel seeds etc in your diet. 4 . although if it is not possible then you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this.
