how can I get rid of my baby's rashes quickly? can I apply lotion or coconut oil and then put diaper?

Author of questionMom of a 2 yr 3 m old child1 Year agoA. thankyou for the prompt response. I have just started solid food for him and cuz of that he is getting motions. I have been washing him with water and pat drying and leaving it for sometime and after 15 to 20 mins then putting diaper for him. cuz if i dnt put diaper then cuz of the friction of the cloth it's getting worse. can I apply coconut oil and then put diaper? is that safe?or I need to wipe the oil and then put diaper

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello you can be using pure coconut oil from baby as or you can also apply the diaper rash cream and maintain a proper hygiene which will help prevent the diaper rashes and also use a comfortable diaper in order to prevent the actions which would be better and safe
