how can i do 8 month of pregnancy for normal delievery

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor

A. You can go for a basic yoga practice after consulting the doctor the prenatal yoga is very good along with that you can do squats with somebody’s help that also helps and along with that you should to do at least thousand to 1500 or 2000 steps per day
