Q.

How can I add taste to carrot, pea, or any other vegetable puree? My child doesn't like the taste of any puree, is it ok to add jaggery instead of sugar?

A. Dear Mother jaggery should always be used instead of using a refined sugars as it is not at all recommended you can add a pinch of salt black pepper as well as jaggery or honey according to the recipe you are trying out but remember to use the minimum quantity of any of these things to enhance the tasteWrite Your Answer Here
