Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. if you have normal delivery then you can tie your lumbar with cotton dupatta so that back pain will not happen but if you have C section then you should not do this also you should keep pillow under your feet while sleeping and if back pain is too much then better consult a doctor if you have this section avoid lifting anything that is very heavy
