#AskTheExpert Back pain and pain in the right bum is not getting cured even after 5months of delivery. please advise what is to be done.

If You have had a normal delivery then you can start doing little light exercises yoga would be the best form of exercise as of now to go for start meditating meditating that is also going to help you a lot so just try to do all these things still if it does not help you then you can always consult your gynaecologist
