SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, continue breastfeeding until completion of six months. After six months of completion you can start giving porridge, vegetable purée, fruit purée.Yes you can give beet root purée. Grate and steam the beetroot and make it purée and then feed. Avoid salt, sugar, citric fruit, honey, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year.Write Your Answer Here
