hong long we should not gove salt and sugar to babies.. my daughter is 10 months old.. if we give what are the consequences?

A. dear mum, u shud not add salt to ur babys food till 1 year. sugar should be avoided till 2 years for healthy eating habits and to avoid chances of obesity.
