Ravi KantGuardian of a 5 m old girl2 weeks agoA. use protein rich food to make home Cerelac, mix barley , bajra and ragi as cereal around 20 gm each , don't add rice or wheat, 20 gm each of red (masoor) Dal, gram and 30gram mooong dal. light roast to golden brown. and then mix it in mixer grinder in fine powder, separately add almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts and little groundnut and mix them in grinder. Now add in above Cerelac powder in quantity like 10 or 20 gm in cereal baed Cerelac.

You can check some recipes into the meal planner section and First Cry blogs on the First Cry app itself I’m sure you’ll find the right recipes to prepare and the right time to introduce food to the child after completing the time of six months not before that
