Home remedies for cold and fever for this winter ?

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there couldg be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

Oh It is just going to be indirect steam in halation apart from that if you want you can also nebulise your child twice a day these are the only best home remedy said you can go for ginger juice and honey mixture should be given to the child regularly at least one time in the day
